Water heater leaking in the garage Customer thought it was a valve. It was not. Bottom seam was starting to let go. Pan had water in it, expansion tank was full too. We changed the heater and fixed the small stuff around it that usually gets missed.

Sewer line scare near Bella Casa Homeowner was already nervous because somebody had mentioned replacement. We ran the camera first. Wipes and buildup were sitting in the line. Cleared it, ran the camera again, and the pipe was not nearly as bad as they were told.

Tankless not staying hot Navien unit was not that old, but the hot water kept dropping out. Inlet screen had junk in it. Flushed it, cleaned the filter, checked flow, and it started acting normal again.

Older Apex and newer Apex are not the same

Older Apex homes give us more valve problems, pressure issues, old pipe repairs, water heaters past their date, and drains that have been snaked too many times without a camera.

Newer Apex homes are different. More builder-grade fixtures, loose disposals, tankless maintenance nobody mentioned, expansion tanks full of water, and PRVs going bad earlier than expected.
